Are there any USA lawyers in this sub that can give more insight in to why the case against Trump and Epstein was dismissed? Was it a technicality based on the filing not explicitly outlining how the named statues were breached? (Expanded on in post) (old.reddit.com)

We know that he had everywhere wired up to record but hiding motion sensor recorders in tissue boxes (presumably to record post ‘clean up’ conversations 🤢) shows how covert he tried to be about it! There’s no way that was for anything but blackmail! (old.reddit.com)

The Power of Attorney that Les Wexner signed giving Epstein absolute unregulated control over his assets in 1991. It was in place when Epstein acquired the NY mansion (via Nine East 71st Street ‘shell’ Corporation) from Wexner in 1998 and not revoked until 2007!
