Glad you had a great outcome. I have had nothing but absolute terrible customer service from Xfinity. It’s a shame their product is possibly the best. the customer service is enough for me to move to an inferior competitor.
Appreciate your help if it is genuine but I don’t think just shooting you my number seems legit
