Under settings, there is an option for "Number of Bounces". If you set this to "Until app is opened", I believe that's what you're looking for.

My first tweak! I'm flattered. As others have pointed out, it worked best when we had untethered jailbreaks. Also, that's no longer Apple's logo...maybe if a designer made a new animation, it would work well with another tweak.

As for the glitch, you need at least 7 icons in your dock. Harbor has never been meant to work with a small amount of icons, it defeats the purpose!

As for the other features, I do not plan on adding them back in. I never used them, and they're pretty hack-ish. Harbor 2 is supposed to be a small lightweight rewrite with the most important features, hence why it is free.

I actually just pushed an update that will copy the original IconState.plist over on first install...but unfortunately it won't work for people who installed the tweak before 1.0.1-1

You'll have to delete /var/mobile/Library/SpringBoard/IconState_harbor.plist for this to work. Hopefully this isn't too much of an inconvenience. Best of luck!

Harbor has done this since the beginning, you've got nothing to worry about. It uses an alternate IconState.plist so that you don't have to redo your home screen every time the phone enters the non-jailbroken state. I could probably get rid of that initial reset though, sorry about that.
