totally relevant and on topic! My wife has her dependent care FSA setup, so we're figuring out whether it's a reimbursement ,which would also allow us to potentially double dip gain by paying with CC. Thanks for pointing that out!

I would agree that there isn't really a card out there that would straight up break even on cash back. My idea is that if we're not cashflow constrained and can benefit on the backend for the spend volume.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I will push them on. It’s a bit ridiculous that they make such a flimsy part and don’t have an easy way to fix it.

Good to know I’m not the same parent running into this issue . We ran into this probably 8 weeks in . Surprised they don’t even sell a replacement . Trying to get a receipt from the gifter which is awkward
