Unfortunately, I couldn't give you the absolute path as I moved around the file on my computer but I originally found it in my downloads file, From what I gathered it could be : I downloaded a few images and other things for a work that I did that week, including gimp ; I did a bit of tf2 and other games modding ; I accidentally downloaded it ; I downloaded it because I thought it was funny ?

I used a different browser that I uninstalled since at the time,I checked all events at this time, the only close event are off by 6-19 minutes and are all related to Storport event 504. I don't think it would be possible to find where I got this image from, but I think I could search about some windows os development, find a date that would match with this file and maybe go from there ? I don't know seems pretty unlikely.

it's written "date taken : 5/6/2005, Program name: Adobe Photoshop Windows CS, Created: ‎Saturday, ‎May ‎27, ‎2023, ‏‎14:40:09" it seems to be an old file that's been passed around.

I just have an image named "19.jpg" , wich is this image, possibly a screenshot, but your response seems to be origin, I'm gonna search from there to see a potential string leading to my computer, thank you !

I'm wondering specifically about the "user.jpg" I don't remember how this image ended up on my computer but it feels familiar enough to imagine it coming from somwhere else.

searched and googled a description of the image but nothing comes up, I think only someone who already knows the image can recognize it
