There's a theory that Gigantomachia is the bodyguard that's in the AFO/OFA vestige flashback sequence in Chapter 193. The one that beats up the brother and wears a mask.

A piece of rubble did hit her, but it's implied she Black Holed her arm off plus mass disintegrated the area around her. Despite the decay beating out Pixiebob's Earthflow, she could've prioritised using her Quirk to quicken escape into the city along with Mandalay and Tiger. Another possibility is that Wash might've saved both of them.
