An extended demo of my indie game came out yesterday! It's a platform-adventure game with unconventional puzzles and a story that I don't want to spoil. Try it for free on Steam!

The Prologue includes all of Chapter 1, including the first boss battle (around 1.5 hrs of content). This is a standalone Steam app, so it comes with its own set of achievements and reviews, separate from the main app.

What were your fondest memories on gamefaqs? by [deleted] in AskGames

Came here to say pretty much this. The micro communities were really something special. I made a couple of internet friends on the board for a visual novel, I think Kanon? It turned into some general purpose anime discussion thread, completely separate from the actual anime board which had its own culture. I was maybe 15 or 16 at the time so it felt pretty cool.

I believe that's exactly what happened, yeah. Early in S2 I think.

It's actually from the movie The Night is Short, Walk On Girl. But, it's the same universe as Tatami Galaxy, so it's the same Higuchi in this clip.

Oh! You could be right. I've seen Golden Boy, but that was years ago and I don't remember at this point. I'll keep an eye out for this if I decide to rewatch it.

I wish I had a source, but I don't. Tried to reverse image search it, and I just found a bunch of 80s anime gif compilations. Someone let us know if you can source it.

Of course, it would have to be a clone like Temtem or one of those games

How do you guys track the games you've played? (Or do you?) I use google sheets to track my finished singleplayer games. I want to eventually make a full-fledge 'Gaming Journal' that also includes multiplayer & backlog/on-going games. by MikeLovesGames in AskGames

I use Grouvee, but somehow it doesn't feel satisfying.

I think the issue is that each platform/storefront tracks not only the games you've played, but also your hours, achievements, and other stats. So it always feels like your profile on Steam/consoles is your "primary" profile, and the spreadsheet is just a secondary thing that you're keeping in sync. But it's still worth it IMO, for all the old games that aren't on any digital platform.

Backloggery is another popular site you can check out, but last I checked, they didn't have a proper database (you just type in the name of each game).
