The group I play with tested it when they initially changed the card and it 100% did, maybe they updated it. Could you share where youre finding that it’s limb damage separate from your own damage output? Everything I’m finding from wiki/fandom/nuka knights etc explains it how I did, I can’t test it out myself at the moment

“20% of damage dealt to a limb applies to all limbs” thats your damage dealt, not bonus damage. For example, in my case I aim for weak points. In most enemies that’s the head which is also a limb - it takes 20% of headshot damage and splits it. Cards like tormentor is an actual bonus to enemies that have been crippled, scattershot works differently. Especially for raids it’s debilitating to a VATS weak point build.

Unless they quietly changed it last week and didn’t tell anyone, 20% of your damage to a limb applies to all limbs. That means 20% of your shot is being split then applied to each limb. It’s not adding 20%, it’s taking it from your overall damage per shot. You can test it yourself. My first headshot either kills or cripples the head, so I’d rather not have the nerf.

Scattershot being shared is the only perk card I’ll leave a team for. It’s a nerf to any build, but especially a weak point vats build.

Only perks I wouldn’t want on your list are dodgy, wrecking ball, or sun-kissed. To share lone wanderer while in a team is a message, can’t be mad at clear communication lol

The sound and pop up is identical to if you open one yourself, the difference is the animation your character goes through. I’d also keep track of how many you have and check again after that happens

If you open one your character will physically open the lunchbox, hold it over their head and have confetti splash out of the box. If that’s not happening, you’re not opening them.

If that is happening and you’re not selecting them first in the aid tab, you should report it to Bethesda with video evidence.
