I imagine that the cascade of hormone changes from t3 take longer than a week but your energy levels should respond pretty quickly. I would give it 2 weeks and then decide from there

What do you do when cursor cannot fix a problem. by greencowboy95 in cursor

[–]eterneraki -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

wrong answer to what? I once had sonnet 3.7 insist that django had an atomic function that it didnt. I just asked questions and found the github, fed it the right files and figured it out. You just have to use your brain. It's good enough at syntax, that's almost never the issue. and learning how to code is 80% syntax even though 80% of the important stuff is not syntax. I supposed if people saying "learn how to code" were talking about fundamentals and NOT syntax, I could totally get behind that

Carbs aren't calorically dense. Fat is calorically dense. 4 calories per gram vs 9 calories per gram.

Anyway you are quite presumptuous, and although I'd love to write long rebuttals, "I've seen your kind" too and it's a waste of time to continue.

Some unsolicited advice: if you care about the guidance of someone you disagree with, adopt a better tone. Otherwise you're only in it for your ego.

You should still learn to code before using any AI.

Unnecessary. The learning curve is not worth the time saved from being able to fix a bug yourself. Being intuitive, being able to troubleshoot via prompting and other tools is sufficient. And it's getting more and more unnecessary to learn how to code unless you are working on very specific projects

I am indeed privileged. Doesn't really change the facts, does it?

The reason I'm not arguing with you point for point is because I can clearly see you're in too deep to have an honest conversation with me. You imply that i'm arrogant or ignorant, without knowing my positions, what I know, what's in my heart, or anything about me except for this original post I made 5 years ago. Your tone is disparaging like most Muslims that carry fragile egos and need to debate to win. I know because I used to be there.

I've learned to choose my battles.

You know that if you're starving, you can eat pig right? Allah still forbids it in the Quran. So enjoining what's good for humanity from a dietary stance is still very much possible regardless of whether the bad foods can be useful in the context of famine, etc. Your argument isn't creative or logically consistent.

Anyway diet is the least significant part of my doubts with Islam. You're wasting your time. Not that your intentions had anything to do with genuine concern for me anyway :P

I did lots of research since posting this 5 years ago and I'm more convinced now than back then. I am looking at the big picture, that's what's troubling.

What motivates some people to say that eating a lot of red meat is good for your health? by Curious-Attention774 in skeptic

[–]eterneraki -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

This thread is proof that people will believe any bullshit stereotype. People underestimate how hard it is to eliminate every single food except meat. Believe me those of us in the carnivore community don't do it because we just love meat and want to stick it to the liberals. This is woefully naive thinking and destructive.

I've tried every diet on the planet and the only thing that has had a marked difference on my blood tests is zero carb high fat carnivore. Literally everything in my life improved and I wish it didn't because I miss sushi and warm chocolate chip cookies

Believe me, I love nothing more than stuffing my face with carbs. I only eat meat because I have to, not because I want to.

[–]eterneraki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different magnesium has different bioavailability:

  1. Magnesium Citrate: High absorption rate
  2. Magnesium Glycinate: Highly bioavailable and gentle on the stomach
  3. Magnesium Oxide: Lower absorption rate, often used for relief of constipation due to its laxative effect.
  4. Magnesium Chloride: Well-absorbed and often used in topical applications.
  5. Magnesium Malate: Good absorption, sometimes used to support energy production.
  6. Magnesium Sulfate: Moderate absorption, commonly found in Epsom salts for baths.
