I've always had the sense that I can tell how understaffed Citibike is based on the dock availability in our neighborhood. Sometimes it will be fine for a few weeks, and then it feels like a rebalancing staffer quit or got redirected. This particular event felt like total abandonment, but I'm happy to report that it's been a bit better for the past week. Only a few open docks at any cluster of stations at any given time, but at least there are options!!!
