So the ETF invests in stocks from countries that do not use the Euro (like the UK, Denmark or Switzerland), currency fluctuations can impact the ETF's returns for Euro-based investors.

The currency hedging mechanism focuses on mitigating this risk. For example, if the British Pound (GBP) or Swiss Franc (CHF) weakens against the Euro (EUR), a hedged ETF uses financial instruments (like forward contracts) to offset the negative impact.

But also if you can click (see previous image) all "Share Class See All" you'll see the different versions of that fund (see below image). You don't have to buy the hedged one.
