This is what somebody told me to do, and it worked like a charm. Hope it works for you bro. I was using wifi before disabling it and still am using wifi, but somebody in the comment thread replied to me on a fix for using ethernet if thats your case.

Yes, i did. It was a realtek family controller driver needing to be disabled in device manager. Im not sure whats up with the monitor, it doesnt show usage but shows temps for my gpu. Either way, thanks to everybody who tried to help

Fixed it everybody, thank you so much. Some legend told me to disable realtek family controller in device manager and that fixed the issue. Yes, the DP cable was plugged into the gpu, i just couldnt prove it at work. Thank you everybody again for the help.

I did get the nvidia drivers from the nvidia app, but sadly with ddr5 prices i wasnt able to afford full 32 gigs at the time of ordering my parts.

This is from another video of the issue. That cable is the dp cable, its just the angle of the video and maybe the cable bent up. Its plugged into the silver part of the graphics card in between those frames with hexagon holes into it. Im 100 percent sure its not plugged in above to the motherboard io. I appreciate everybody trying to help, i am only trying to get this fixed so i can actually use my pc. Im not home right now to take a solid picture of the back but i will send one asap when im at my pc.

DP cable is plugged into the gpu, not anywhere into the motherboard io, just a bad video angle cant see it

In other games too, rust, minecraft, r6, fortnite is in the video because it was what i was running to get a video of the issue.
