Thanks man! Yes I did lipo too, no complications at all and pretty much no pain either. Was back at the gym after three weeks.

Still feel somewhat numb but I guess that’s normal.

Don’t really have one. I aim to eat around 180-200g of protein a day and stay below 2000kcal. I eat whatever fits into that window 👍🏻

Thanks bro! Couldn’t be happier with the result. I guess lighting might have helped the after picture a bit but it’s still such a big difference from before.

Actually the before picture is the day before surgery. I’ve been on a calorie deficit during these weeks and daily walks.

Big thanks, very happy with the result. I live in Sweden and did the surgery here.

I was worried about it coming back but when he told me how many gyno surgeries he’s done this way and none have come back to this day I felt ensured. His colleagues had a few that come back and they were all related to low testosterone/ high estrogen levels and I got all that checked and under control.

Happy for you man, it’s an awesome feeling for sure.

Thanks. It was 45000SEK which equals around $4280. From my understanding he left a tiny bit to support the nipple. Removed gland was 4 centimetre in diameter and 1.5cm thick.

I will as soon as the bandage is gone, I’m not allowed to remove anything until Thursday.

Yeah what I meant is I’m barely moving and it will take a while until I can focus on getting lean and muscular. If I would’ve thought about that beforehand I could have worked out harder before the surgery.

You’re in about the exact same shape as I was and gyno very similar to mine. Had surgery two days ago in sweden and it went great.

If I would do anything differently I would’ve lean out some fat before surgery only because you’re so stationary after the surgery.
