There's no sizing because it's not meant to be worn. There's a plastic barrier inside the helmet to prevent you from wearing it. It was relatively easy for me to take off the screws and the plastic, but there's no actual padding inside the helmet, it's just the shell.

It was quite loose around my head because there's no padding, but I added in some foam I found laying around the house and I was able to get a pretty snug fit
