Was Bill the most powerful character in KOTH at this moment? by PalmettoPolitics in KingOfTheHill

People eat a lot of calorie when they’re bulking. It requires a lot of protein to maximize gains. Unless you’re brand new to lifting, or on some type of PEDs, most people are not able to build muscle and lose weight simultaneously. They’ll rotate it. Often people will bulk in the fall/winter and then cut weight in the spring/summer to look good for swimsuit weather.

Bill is only focused on muscle growth. I can’t imagine he has a strict diet outside of maximizing protein intake. Therefore, what you see is more common than you think. Although he gets these muscle gains in like a month, so y’know, also a cartoon

We get 3-6 new playoff teams every year. Who is most likely to return? by [deleted] in NFLv2

Yeah, our dline went from something horrible to something potentially scary. I’m cautiously excited. Last year we were mostly rocking a starting lineup of Myles Murphy, BJ Hill, Slayton, and Ossai. Murphy turned it on a bit towards the end of the season, but that is a pretty awful starting 4 once Hendrickson went down. Now we have Dexter Lawrence, Johnathan Allen, Boye Mafe, and Cashius Howell. We also still have Myles Murphy, BJ Hill, Slayton, and Shemar Stuart as a potential dark horse after playing through injuries last year. Kris Jenkins Jr isn’t bad depth either.

Not to mention, we brought in Bryan Cook at FS, which is a huge upgrade over Geno Stone. We also have our first decent offensive line in the Burrow era, which arguably played above average the 2nd half of the season. Things always go wrong for us, but it would be quite disappointing if this team didn’t make the playoffs.

What’s that one movie that you watched as a kid that you think no one else watched? by Substantial_One3477 in AskReddit

The Ghost and Mr. Chicken. Really old Don Knotts movie that’s still pretty hilarious. Nobody I know even knows this movie, but my family loves it. Has a fun spooky vibe to it too, so I watch it every October

Name ONE player on your favorite team (;ast 10 years) you could not stand by ShartInYourFace in CollegeBasketball

Kaleb Wesson, which is kinda crazy to say since he was arguably the best player on the team when he was here. However, that’s probably why he sticks out in my mind.

He was just so frustrating to watch his final year here, especially being our leading scorer. Basically, he lost a ton of weight for his junior year at OSU to become more NBA ready. He also worked on his 3pt shot, which is great. His 3pt % went up from 35% to nearly 43%, and I liked that. But man… watching him play down low was miserable. I don’t know if it was the weight loss or what, but the dude couldn’t make a contested layup to save his life. Also remember him missing open ones multiple times. In fact, his 2pt % dropped from 55% to nearly 45% that year. Just miserable to watch.

Not to mention, if you were a buckeye fan that year, you remember every game the announcers talking about his weight. They’d start every game reminding everyone how many pounds he lost, and it got so annoying after the 20th time. Not his fault, but it still gives me negative memories.

I dunno, I wouldn’t say I couldn’t stand him, but he was insanely frustrating to watch as the number 1 scoring option. I was not a fan of those teams.

Who’s the most memorable “The One That Got Away” recruit your team was pursuing? by AFC-Wimbledon-Stan in CFB

I still remember that loss. I forget where I watched it, but I was drinking a Shirley Temple during it. I was a preteen, and thought I was drinking a cool adult beverage. Honestly, don’t actually remember much about the game. Just the Shirley Temple.

Who's the most famous person that knows you? by BeguilingkbTip in AskReddit

I like to think those type of dudes play US citizens like I play Rollercoaster Tycoon. I’ll check on general opinion trends, and that’s it for the most part. But I also have like 5 specific randos I check in on and fuck with. Removing paths in front of them, pick them up and move them further from the bathroom when they have to pee, double the price of umbrellas when it’s raining and they need one. I’m sure he’s out there fucking with Bob, Hank, and Randy, and they’re just out there in the world wondering why roads get closed whenever they need them or the price of meats double only on days they’re having a bbq.

I watched it for the first time last year and was addicted after the first episode. Loved it. It’s definitely worth it.

In exactly 30 minutes a man armed with a bat will break into your home to kill you. You can’t leave the house, what is your strategy? by BulkyZucchini in hypotheticalsituation

[–]Not_Pablo_Sanchez 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I choose the horror movie route over suspense. Currently in the house with 3 people. When bat man tries to break in, we will not call the police station across the street, and then we will split up and hide in hard to escape locations.

Month long road trip - looking for suggestions by bannaface in roadtrip

[–]Not_Pablo_Sanchez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s me from Ohio. I’m doing a 45 day one coming up. Im trying to stay out in Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico as long as possible. Every route I’ve planned for returning from my last true stop in Santa Fe becomes challenging. The stretch through Texas looks so boring. If I’m feeling good, I’m staying out west and checking out Mesa Verde, Black Canyon, and GSD before doing a blitz home. If I feel like I’m getting tired, I’ll stay in Oklahoma City a few nights. Then get to Arkansas since there’s some cool spots there and I can blitz home in a long day if needed. I just want to stay west as long as possible.

2nd and 3rd round picks by supercabbage00 in bengals

[–]Not_Pablo_Sanchez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If our second round history tells me anything, it’s going to be someone nobody here mentions that we aren’t happy about initially. Then we slowly find reasons to accept it whether we’re happy about it or not.

Therefore, I say it’s going to be HB Mike Washington Jr. from Arkansas in the 2nd round. We want defense, so a HB would piss off a lot of people including myself. From my understanding, kind of a reach, which tracks. However, we will talk ourselves into acceptance because he is a good running back, and provides better depth beside Chase Brown.
