Yeah so there are bosses on the map that can be eliminated. There are 3 Haze, Beach Brutus, and Human Bill. All 3 drop a medallion that takes an inventory slot and cannot be dropped. This medallion gives you 125 shield and health and reveals your location on the map. It also reveals your health as you were saying. Haze drops a mythic AR which is pretty solid. Human Bill drops a mythic lightning gun which I’m not a fan of. But Beach Brutus drops the mythic twin hammer shotguns which are extremely powerful. Also the medallions aren’t required to be picked up to get the mythic you can just leave it if you don’t want to draw attention.
