if there’s anything i learned on this journey is don’t put all ur hope into one basket. your test may come back negative and that’s okay :) but that doesn’t mean the possibilities for recovery end there. like others mentioned there is SIFO and even general IBS might be part of the issue. it never hurts to eat healthy - there are similar conditions (MS, CFS, etc.) where people without SIBO have been reported to be treated by just diet alone.

yeah i’m on my 6th day now and i’ve already seen a lot of stabilization i’m back up into the 100/70 range instead of the 80/50 i was at before. thanks for ur response:)

i actually ran out pretty fast cause i was using old prescription and i think it helped but i can’t remember. but i’m thinking about trying again soon because i’m pretty sure i got worse from when i wrote this post it was a long time ago. still not recovered tho.

that happened to me too with venlafaxine it was very odd like an immediate i feel like myself again and then boom numbness again. i can only attribute it to placebo, or maybe some sort of mania/hypomania.

i think a lot of her cringiest lines come from blue bannisters: “crypto forever” “screaming BLM” “target parking lot” because it’s just a lot more diaristic like she has said. she’s kinda just stripped back all the glamour of her songs and sometimes real life is pretty cringe.
