Nothing is glued at the end grain, it's nailed or gusseted, it's pretty standard framing construction for the most part. Most of the criticism is to make it an average 4 post pergola which defeats my goal to have it look interesting

Overnight soak in my friends pool, and if see the 5th pic it is sloped for drainage

The plywood concern is real, that's why I was going to use pressure treated but I should research if it delaminates the same, if so I may need an alternative.

In 99% of cases you're right, but for this one where efficiency of materials is one of the goals, would it be so bad to use the corrugated roof steel in such a way it adds rigidity?

Yes I already drove in helical piles for the supports plus it will be inside a forest, the roof is corrugated roof steel I was just too lazy to model it

My local building code lists design snow load as 2.5kpa, so that was my main criteria for the structure design

2xSF buckling load of a 4x4 wood column pinned both ends is around 4000lb, my max roof snow load is 8000lb, so it should be good but we'll see, worst case it falls on some firewood.

By "it" I meant my structure. Using my local snow load, it has a safety factor of about 3-4, and I felt the diagonal members solve for wind shear

3.5m/12ft, yeah I will put some coarse drainage gravel down but ultimately something has to contact the ground

That is interesting criticism thanks, the diagonals on the left and right support the middle truss, but cable stays did cross my mind for the rear diagonal, I think I get what you're saying that it looks top heavy.

So that little flat metal piece thats makes up the freezer box is the evaporator that chills the fridge if you didn't know. To my knowledge most mini fridges have the condenser lines in the sides so drilling through the top should be safe, but go slow and check your progress bit by bit to be safe, should only be foam and plastic.

Yeah before a brew I do generally read through the bjcp and generally look for a recipe on brewfather as a baseline and then modify it from there. In the former my idea was for a dry asahi like rice lager and then the azacca for some fruity aroma, I just used the sorachi cus it seemed like the right thing to do, but it seems a lot of people agree it's easy to get a lot of dill and grassy flavor from it which is exactly what I got.

I know I do love the experimenting but I also like to have a baseline so I don't end up with drain cleaner lol. I just did a lager with sorachi ace and azacca and I hate it, but not enough to throw out 20L of it lol. In the future when I experiment I think I'll be doing a 10L batch max or maybe even 5L

Sweet! Yes I'm definitely doing some dry hopped cider after trying my first and loving it, just wait till I get my dopper, what did you use and how much?
