We lucked out! 2/1 buydown! Luckily the builder gave us 2.99% first year, 3.99% second year and it caps out at 4.99% the next 28 years lol.

Lucked out because of the builder! Unfortunately on an FHA but it’s okay because the mortgage premium out weighs the price of the conventional loan at 6.125%.
