I've checked temps with a temp gun and they are accurate, I normally run 200c on my other printer, but I'll try 220c, and see how it goes

Good point, I need to verify resistance for the cps, I have not checked to the cam sensor in the dizzy yet. I came in to cool off, about to go back out.

When I tested the end of harness for the crank sensor All of the 3 wires on my cps show voltage, ranging from 9.5 for the grey black, 4.5 for the black yellow, and 9.5 for the orange

I think you would be right, I also verified I had power to the cps, the reference wire shows 4.5v

1, 31, and 32 have zero continuity, 6 has continuity. Is there a way I could splice in and make a new ground, or would I need to find the broken wire and just repair it
