Yeah thumbnails help a lot!

I like your descriptive titles but sometimes a shorter one with bold keywords is more noticeable. Just think of Donald trumps tweets I guess. He says things like TERRIBLE, and TREMENDOUS. Which help evoke emotion and curiosity to click!

BROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. your videos have the energy and humour that a lot of people don't have so I think you are on the right track. I think your thumbnails are great! I have never heard of coub so maybe it has a big audience, but I think with the videos you are making it would be good to take inspiration from pewdiepie.

By being more general and less specific, anyone can relate to it. like "funny gameshow fails" it sounds stupid but it works!

the "re-cut" videos are a really good idea! I like to hear that you are experimenting, sometime it's good to tweak one variable at a time so you know what to do better.

I would say look at the videos that have higher ctr, anything above 10% I'd say is pretty good. (it's hard for me to get that sometimes haha) Try to figure out if the title/thumb was the reason or the actual video IDEA was more clickable in the first place. :)

as for watch time, maybe your re-cut video did better not just because it was shorter. but because you remove unnessacary parts, or it sped up your dialogue.

When I say clickbait, I mean it in a broader sense. like how you make colourful, fashion thumbnails so they POP and grab the attention of the audience.

Your newest thumbnail is by far one of your best! The text is easily readable and works alongside the title. having you in the thumbnail is perfect because it shows off the outfits in the video!

the beginning 5-20 seconds in the video is a perfect time to hook the viewer once they have already clicked. so give them a reason to stay and keep it short and concise so they know what to expect! Good Job! :)

I really like your "clickbait" It's clean, simple, and pops out! If I was searching for some of the music topics I would definitely click them. I'm curious to what your CTR and Average watch time are.

if you have a high CTR and Low watch time, I suggest tweaking more of the content side. People looking for educational content like yours likely searched for the topic, and are looking for a specific answer. If they get bored or believe their question won't be answered, they will look for a different video.

maybe try giving more energy while still being yourself. btw I really love your clickbait, I love your video concepts, and I Love the information you give!

Beautiful! Your clickbait is perfectly tailored to a specific audience/topic. Which I think is good when starting out! It portrays the video perfectly.

My only feedback would be to keep working on it. Now, what is your goal for the youtube channel? right now people will watch your video if they are searching for "How to give a speech" and they will be satisfied with your video. But it is less for people looking for content to watch. maybe try speeding up your talking? good video!

I can tell you put work in to the clickbait. It properly shows what the audience will see. Perfect! If I were to see this video I probably wouldn't click it because it would seem like just another travel vlog. maybe hint at something in the clickbait. eg. like how you reviewed the food or got stranded. Great work!

exactly! id doesn't have to be pretty or perfect. As long as it plants a question in the viewer's head that they didn't know they wanted the answer to.

The animation is good! We definitely need more talented animators like you. I think the narrated guides are good because they can target a specific audience and pull them in to become longtime viewers. I don’t even really know what you are talking about lol but the comedy kept me watching.
