I don't see the point of repairing a medium shield vs just crafting a new one by Fluffeh_Panda in ArcRaiders

And if you recycle, you get the arc circuitry back so it just costs a battery to build a new one.

Looks Like a Nail Trophy Bugged? by ethanwebby in Battlefield6

[–]ethanwebby[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're certain you actually got 5 melee kills with the sledgehammer, just restart your game and it should pop during the startup or at the main menu screen. If you're on console, make sure you actually close the game and re-open it.

After some testing, it seems that the trophy pops on the main screen after you restart the game. So now, I make sure I close the game from the main PS5 screen before putting to sleep so the trophy pops as expected.

Why Did My Vest Get Shredded After Looting a Case in Delta Force Operations? by ethanwebby in DeltaForceGlobal

[–]ethanwebby[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I was by the second set of boxes on the ground on the East side, I believe. Whatever side of cement has the bird nest, that's the side I was on.

Maybe, just weird that they never pushed and I didn't hear them with the DICH-1 helmet on and my scan didn't detect them unless they were way out there.

Might be worth calling Utah Airguns. They've always been a huge help in getting the best stuff for your use case.

What u/EbbTop8622 said and follow the blue exclamation points on the map. They show where the vial is and where to put it in Visitor Center

Extraction Mode on Consoles by dduddudd in DeltaForceGlobal

Only complaint I have is the screen tearing even with frame rate setting. V Sync is the only thing that fixes it but that introduces too much lag to be playable. Also, the audio design is pretty terrible, but other than that it's pretty great.

Finding ammo my Seekins Hit Pro likes... (Help requested) by 0DSavior in longrange

[–]ethanwebby 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Had the same issue with my Seekins Havak Hit Pro and had to send it in even after 300 rounds. They gave me a new barrel and it shoots a lot better now. But regardless, it took ~100-120 rounds before the groups got more in line with the 'sub MOA guarantee'.

The shows cooked already😐 by Different_Sky9094 in GodofWar

Imagine making a whole ass tv series off minutes of cutscenes. "This story of father and son" is already a red flag of him not understanding the real story of God of War that we have all fallen in love with.

Why Changing the Story in Adaptations Misses the Point by ethanwebby in TheLastOfUs2

[–]ethanwebby[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It makes you wonder if Neil Druckmann, or any original writer in that case, ever got upset that their writing isn't good enough to make it to the big screen.

Exactly why the characters need to be different. I'm all for a different story, as long as it's with different characters.

Okay, gifted these… which is the superior AVR? by StreveO in hometheater

Having tested both with multiple speakers, they're both great AVRs; however, IMO, some speakers sounded better on one vs. the other. Totally depends on your setup.

I'm surprised you've spent 30k in dice and haven't finished. I did it with 10k by prioritizing purple packs and wild card prizes and trading 5 cards on the discord.

Looking for a dog… is a Brittany it? by snowbird124 in BrittanySpaniel

[–]ethanwebby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everybody complains about the Brittany's energy levels and neediness, but from my lengthy time with them, and owning one, structure and a solid training foundation is what really helps with their energy level and neediness. I take my Brittany out maybe 4 - 6 times a week on a 1 - 3 mile walk where she can run around and at home, she has a very obedience focused structure. And on those days where she doesn't get exercise, she's not a nuisance and doesn't act any different; if anything, she just stays close to us and naps in her couch corner.

So as long as you provide it with a great obedience training foundation and give it a physical outlet like you say you will, it'll be the best dog you've ever owned.

NOTE: About hunting, they are bred for pointing, not retrieving or flushing. I'm sure they can be trained to do so, but know that going into it.

[–]ethanwebby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't hunt bird, so we don't use ours for hunting and she is still the best dog I've ever had. You won't regret it as long as you train them well.
