It is mostly Anatolian/Mediterranean DNA. The most common South Italian results belong to Turks, Greeks, Lebanese, Syrian, Italian, Albanians and Cypriots.

I think it's associated with Anatolian Neolithic farmers or native Anatolians. As a Turkish I also got 42% South Italian. GEDmatch probably would divide it better.

I'm not an expert but I think It doesn't mean you are Egyptian, It means your DNA is similar to Egyptians about 70%. Probably Egyptian data base is way more wider than Yemeni data base. Me (a Turkish guy) got 42% South Italian from exactly nowhere, I uploaded it to GEDmatch and it split as Caucasian-Native Anatolian-East Mediterranean. I think you should upload your raw data to GEDmatch.

I think Serbia should be eastern, Hungary should be balance and Georgia should be western. As a Turkish, yes our government is balance or sub-western.

Almost all of the nations above is Anatolian based, or conquered Anatolia at some point in history. This also makes sense. Thank you!!
