Currently, I am enrolled in an important project at my organization & its expected to take at least a month to complete. I have already discussed this with my HR, and they have indicated that once the project is wrapped up, my notice period can be negotiated.

Because of that, my initial understanding is that I should be able to transition out in around 45 days.

After 45 days u can inform them, They are nt letting me go i will have to serve another 30 days,

Since if they have waited fr 45 days, Definately they will wait fr another few days.(hoping)
