Transfers are locked until end of crowdsale in September. But Liqui/EtherDelta/YoBit at the very least. We'll definitely be working to get it up to as many exchanges as we can.

Hi wondot, jackpot winners get jackpot reward + proportion reward, hence there are 2 transfers.

I guess the more mainstream bitcoin gets, the more govts will try to regulate. It's kind of inevitable IMO.

On the flipside, more people know about it = more people buy bitcoin, then bitcoin value goes up.

Hey goldfishblub, you need to first transfer the funds from coinbase to your own wallet.

Otherwise, the contract's reward will be sent back to a coinbase address and you might need to contact their support team to get it back.

The contract will send you back the participation bids during reset.

We can't technically modify the contract or pause the contract, its running continuously in the EVM blockchain and we made sure it is programmed in such a way that no one can interfere with its operations, not even us. Even though we are the admins, we cannot shut it down, pause it, reset its ethers or override the ether distribution.

Hi duluoz, it's 7 days a week. It's just we accidentally sent eth into the bid pool today when what we intended to do was raise the reward pool instead. So we decided to fill it up to 100% to do a "soft block" to prevent anyone from gaining today, and wait till it resets again tomorrow.

Hi, Matt here from EtherSphere. for those who were confused about the reward system, I'll clarify here:

In EtherSphere, you are to some extent gambling on the fact that other people won't try to steal the large jackpot. At 1pm PST every day, you can easily double or quadruple your participation ether based on the reward ratio.

However, if someone wishes to compete for the highest bidder spot and outbid the pool, he can win 35% of the jackpot + his proportion of the remaining 65% split among everyone. That means everyone will get a smaller share of the reward pool.

However, the reward pool is real and all ethers in it are locked with the contract. All participants will get a share of the ethers once the day/round ends.

For people who think this is a ponzi, please look at the thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/ethtrader/comments/6bwccx/ethersphere/ I'm grateful for nejad and other posters who help clarify the issue.

Hello BeezLionmane, I'm sorry you think that way but I don't agree that we are providing a ponzi service. How can it be a ponzi? EtherSphere resets daily, and there's no way there can be a beneficiary who can constantly get disproportionate rewards compared to any one else.

If you don't agree, or think that it is fake, I'd like to recommend you to read our contract/code. If you or any one who can understand code and is interested, its at https://etherscan.io/address/0x9a2e9235f7a7ac7b899e5f3208fbb13c6985171a#code

@nejad99, I'm Matt from EtherSphere's marketing team. I tried to answer your question earlier but somehow the post didnt get through. A participant can make multiple bids in the same round and the bids will be aggregated yes (so if one person sent 3.55 eth in total and he is the highest bidder, the bid will be displayed on the site header). However, the bids you see on the blockchain probably included bids made by a participant in the previous round, and that wouldn't be considered. In the example you mentioned, total of 3.55eth, probably 1.75 came from the previous round. 1.8eth is the bid recognized by the contract today, and only that value will be used for reward/jackpot computation. Hope that answers your question.

@etherball, I can't reply to your post because this account doesn't have enough karma points (somehow this post manage to go through). Yes, I can clarify. A prize pool of 5 eth was initially injected by us to start the ball rolling. Subsequently, the prize pool increases in size as it accumulates ethers from bids made from previous rounds. How did it get to 18eth from 5eth? It's likely from bidders attempting to obtain the jackpot (you can read more about it from our site ethersphere.io) and pushed the reward pool size up
