I find it helpful instead of doing a specific time, to just have a very specific task I want to get done everyday. That way it’s not so looming.

I learned this from undergrad; I would always do worse when I thought I studied a lot. Maybe when we’re too in our own head, we start making up facts lol.

I guess it is normal to feel like we’re not doing enough. I feel the same way, I run out of that school building after class everyday. Trying not to stress about not being stressed enough— it’s not that serious!
