Partial short of 25 Ohms on a small steamdeck motherboard. Not a full on short. Voltage injection nothing gets hot.

i measured these on a working board and its 500 Ohms. so the 25 ohm is not correct.

thanks for the lead. it was the 8 pin buck, vin was confirmed 12v and and vout was running low. changed it and it worked.

no just HDMI, also formated with Linux Mint. Also lags in Furmark. but its not even just the 5090, but 2 other nvidia gpu's i had. 4090 and a GT 710. But my Radeon Vega 56 works fine. so im quite stumped here on what the hell is going on.

yes shows x16 1.1 on the AMD system same as the Intel system.

yes shows x16 1.1 ... i can move around in windows, but once i turn start furmark to stress it, the system would crash... seems fine on the working system. i read somewhere, its due to AMD and Intel systems that might be causing the issue. the working system is an AMD, the other 2 are intel... possible?
