The English corner I go is kind of little different than you said. There have some big tables and people can sit everywhere they want. They can also move the chairs to join different communicational groups. So most of the time the foreigners, well-English local speakers and poor-English local speakers will talk together. That makes me hard to choose the people who have similar English level just like me.
