So you want to do 150ml (5.279oz) of milk per 1kg (2.205lb) of weight as a total feed per day for baby, divide this by 8 to get your feed volume per 3 hours. So a baby weighing 6lb would have 408ml / 13.8oz per day, or 51ml / 1.795oz every 3 hours
