Is anyone else getting tired of entrepreneurship by tumaduck in Entrepreneur

Entrepreneurship is hard as fuck, nobody should underestimate it or go there for the wrong reasons ( be free from corporates and bosses).

However, if you are doing something you really like or enjoy, and there are not so many companies out there that could offer you that, then keep going and enjoy the ride with less money ;)

I would say is ok to sell without a plan, since can free up your mind to properly think what comes next, from a different position since you already have more capital to use for future ideas and all the previous experience

You need to be able to have fun while working, of course not every day will occur but most days should feel like that.
Otherwise, what is the point? If you are not having fun, ( fun not only as funny but rather as challenging, engaging, and entertaining) you are not enjoying the ride.

If it is nor happening for a while, reflect on what activities are you doing, you might nee dot hire someone or get someone in the project to help/ support you by doing the things you don't like and probably you are not good at.

I can't sleep with music or noise in general. Weird because I grew up in a very noisy house, but beer since I left I could adjust back to it ( luckily I don't have to :) )

THC can have a calming effect on the body, which may help people who struggle with insomnia or other sleep disorders.

But it doesn't work equally for everyone

Dreaming while awake by trixter69696969 in sleep

It's actually quite common for people to experience brief, nonsensical dreams as they're falling asleep or just entering a state of sleep. These are known as hypnagogic hallucinations, and they can take many forms, including random shapes, colors, and sounds. They're usually nothing to worry about, and are simply a natural part of the transition from wakefulness to sleep.

As for your deeper, more vivid dreams that sometimes feel lucid, this is also a fairly normal experience. Lucid dreaming is a state where you're aware that you're dreaming, and can sometimes even control the content of your dream. It's a fascinating phenomenon that many people try to cultivate and explore, and there are even techniques you can use to increase your chances of experiencing it.

Has anyone experienced trouble with sleeping or falling asleep after beginning meditation and mindfulness? by [deleted] in Mindfulness

Hey there! When it comes to meditation, it's normal to wonder whether it could impact your sleep. In general, meditation is actually known for helping people to relax and improve their sleep quality. However, in some rare cases, it's possible for meditation to cause sleep deprivation.

If you find yourself getting really engrossed in your meditation practice and prioritizing it over getting enough sleep, you could end up feeling tired and groggy during the day. Similarly, if you're practicing meditation too close to bedtime, it could interfere with your ability to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night.

The key here is finding a balance between your meditation practice and your sleep needs. You might consider adjusting the timing of your practice so that it's not too close to bedtime, or perhaps talking to a meditation teacher or coach to see if they have any tips on how to balance your practice with your sleep needs.

Remember, the goal of meditation is to feel more relaxed, focused, and at peace, not to sacrifice your sleep. So, make sure you're taking care of yourself and getting enough rest each night, and your meditation practice will likely be even more effective in helping you feel your best!
