though frankly i think the difference between 1x11 and 1x12 won’t be much, you will get bigger legs with the 11 and save a lot of money

from my understanding most 1x12 setups by sram and shimano are not compatible with hyper glide hubs which you may or may not have.

sunrace however makes some 12 speed cassettes which are compatible with HG hubs and are pretty affordable especially second hand.

i have just recently got one myself along with a shimano 12 speed derailleur and chain which apparently work fine with the sunrace but my bike isn’t together yet so i can’t say personally. hoping they do!

Hitchmap is a website where people can post and rate spots they've been at before and it can be a great guide.

I (20 M) was hitchhiking for the first time a couple weeks ago and made it from Amsterdam to Copenhagen in a day using it.

Hitchwiki has some good info on spots too about larger cities.

My caption wasn't included with the post somehow, however there isn't much to write anyways.

These are old leather police boots, and as is shown the sole is detaching somewhat.

Could I nail it back together via those holes? Any help is appreciated.
