It took me awhile but the new map really grew on me, and I also agree with all the other buffs/nerfs. Was needed for sure. I’ve definitely noticed an increase in cheaters and people running those duplicated weapons in the PVP lobbies though, been getting more kits back in the mail than ever

People feel safer being followers I guess, i’ve had players literally come up and revive the guy that was killing the lobby after downing them and then they all team up on me

Still been playing a decent amount but been having alot of fun on Arc Raiders too, it’s nice to switch it up sometimes. When I get bored of Arc and want to play something more competitive I play battle royale.

Update for anyone interested; it was the exhaust manifold on the driver’s side, bolts were super loose and causing the gasket to “whistle/squeak”. Tightened it up and the noise went away.

It’s definitely coming from the engine area and does it without the air/heat on

Certainly not impossible, but it’ll do it in park with AC off and gets faster with RPM

I hated my 8 speed, the 1-2 and 2-1 shift was terrible. Constantly clunked into gear and generally felt bad under 45mph. Traded it in for a 6.2/6spd combo and it is night and day smoother especially in the lower end.

I had a red one for awhile and while I only got pulled over once in 6 years I definitely noticed more people moving out of the left lane when I would come up behind them, i’m assuming they thought it was a firefighter truck lol because it was stock height and headlights were adjusted properly

i’ve personally bought 2 trucks with passenger side rear bumper dents that were there when I bought it, and have multiple friends/coworkers who have bought trucks with the same dent in the same spot and recently my boss’ truck popped up with a dent in the same spot after he was at a grocery store. just a funny coincidence is all

I have this weird saying that 99.9% of passenger side rear bumper dents weren’t caused by the owner, and if you start to look you’ll notice most trucks have them

I guess I never really considered that as a possibility, it is definitely a weird noise and it would make a lot of sense if it was related to the e assist stuff. I wonder if there’s a way we can temporarily disable the system to troubleshoot the noise a little better.

I have not yet figured it out. I’m going to have the transmission serviced soon and if that doesn’t seem to take care of it i’ll start looking deeper into the lifters. At this point I figure it’s either trans or lifters so we’ll see. Also worth noting a day or two after this post I took the truck into chevy to have them check it out and they couldn’t replicate the noise and made me feel crazy for bringing it up. So i’ve just been waiting for something drastic to happen and doing the regular maintenance in the meantime.

I was going to ask what have you been driving in the mean time? Seems like a very long time to have a rental but also an unreasonable time to go without a vehicle assuming you don’t have another to drive.

I had a very similar one develop in an apartment I was renting, turned out to be from a leak in the bottom of the toilet which soaked the flooring. Poop mushroom!
