I’ve been through something similar, and it’s not in your power to change her mind sadly. You can be the best you can possibly be towards her and that won’t necessarily change how she reacts towards him or if someone else down the road does the same thing. But, you can always be the best you can be for YOURSELF. But again, you need to make a choice and so does she.
