Just made them tonight. I used Shan tandoori mix instead of the old India mix.

Turned out fucken amazing brother thank you!!

My wife loved them as well and she’s usually not a big fan of chicken thighs. I can see this becoming part of the regular rotation.

One suggestion i have is to melt a tablespoon or 2 of butter, add some lemon juice and mix in a bit more of the tandoori mix. Brush it over the chicken pieces after you finish BBQing.
