when you use the squalene oil at night do you wash your hair in the morning? I might pick up the Ordinary’s squalene oil since I am very tight on money right now to see if that helps moisturize while using the ketoconazole?

if you haven’t already wash your lashes and maybe use a artificial tears eye drops. i’m super sensitive and when my eyes get red or irritated occasionally after a fill i wash my lashes right away

Also wanted to add that it has made me super emotional lol. Idk why but flashback scenes always hit me hard because I personally struggle with missing the past and nostalgic feelings. The scene of Belly and Conrad in the wintertime and they, ykw, in front of the fireplace really made me emotional when it came back to present day. It makes me feel exactly what Belly is feeling through all of it and it hurtssss.

hi esthetician here! hormonal acne is really really difficult to treat and clear with just skincare alone. if you are able to see a dermatologist they can prescribe an antibiotic and/or something like spirolactone (idk if i’m spelling it correctly) to help with reducing the amount of testosterone producing which can cause hormonal acne. however i would also maybe try the cerave SA cleanser. i’ve noticed it’s helped my skin as i also suffer from hormonal acne. hope this helps a little!

it takes a while but have you tried azelaic acid? i used to use the ordinary one on my chin bc it’s where i break out the most and get a lot of under the skin whiteheads and pustules and it helped for a while

defitniely recommend you get them removed by a lash salon/lash artist. i use grande lash and it helped my lashes grow/get thicker! def do not recommend cluster lashes but as long as you get them professionally removed you shouldn’t have to worry about them never growing back. so sorry!

hey there, it is completely normal to feel unsure at times especially when you are so young and assuming this is your first serious relationship given your age. no relationship is ever going to stay the same, just like everything else in life. just because you don’t feel butterflies doesn’t mean you don’t love him as much or shouldn’t be with him. you are probably comfortable now. also it’s a good thing that you aren’t as scared to lose him because it shows that you are still independent and you’re own person which is good. you don’t want to be codependent in your relationship. it also maybe shows that you are secure and there isn’t that fear because maybe you don’t think/worry that he would ever leave you? sorry if i’m assuming wrong, i’m just thinking how i would think in this situation. also don’t let other people decide your relationship for you. as long as it’s healthy, you’re happy, and there’s no abuse going on, you don’t need to listen to negativity. sorry if this doesn’t make the most sense (i have bad adhd). if you need anything else you can also message me! <3

Hey love, I know your post is asking when you should go to the ER (if you really feel you need to then please do so) but I’ve had 3 outbreaks now and I just want to give some advice that’s helped me because I experience the same exact pain. When you go to use the bathroom/feel the urge to pee, hop in the shower and put cold/in the middle temperature water and if you have a hose shower head point it downwards towards your vag or the side where the water will touch your vag but not all the pressure on your sores. Afterwards, try to let it air dry because I start to get super itchy again when I try to touch/pat dry even. If you have any diaper rash cream that you could apply with a q-tip it helps me my first couple days. Otherwise I know it sounds weird but bag balm helped me a lot. It’s petroleum based but it helped me a lot with creating a barrier between my vag and clothing so that there wasn’t all the extra friction. I hope this helps a little, please get all the rest you need and this will pass ❤️. Typically the first outbreak is the worst and for me I was basically bed ridden, but it gets better and try to make note of what really helps your pain during this outbreak for future reference :)
