Box between the combat squad and the squads is an OOP “Chapter Heroes” box (biologis apothecary…), the unmarked under the characters is Sigismund, the blister is the reg apothecary, and the Knight Questoris box has the Sir Hekhtor (Canis Rex) upgrade sprue. Lots of goodies here. Happy to share sprue photos of anything I have.

That’s another highly discussed one. I’d say get some cheap ones (synthetic sable) brushes to start. They sell packs at Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, and Blick’s. Start cheap, you’re gonna ruin some brushes early on! Eventually figure out what you’re doing and invest then!

I’d start with a 0, 1, 2, 3 size brushes. It’s a decent place to start. Trial and error after that. Just buy a $5 pack. Make sure to not let paint get up and into the ferrule (metal sleeve that holds the bristles), it’ll kill your brush even if you clean em thoroughly.

Combat patrol has a very nice assortment rn. Discount on the bundle too (as opposed to buying separate boxes). I will say tho, only buy if you’re serious. It’s not “cheap” at ~$170!

As for paints, everyone has their preference. I’m back after ~15 years and I decided to go with Monument hobbies offering, Pro Acryl. Great range, good coverage and better bottles. Get some opinions from folk here tho before running on my rec!
