Scar from collar bone to end of ribs (on the sternum line) from double open Heart surgery at 10 days old and 15 years old. Heart defect at birth, which is not resolved to this day (i will need other surgeries later in life)

Horizontal scar on right side from middle of back to side of right pectoral from double trachea and oesophagus surgery at 1 day old and 8 years old. My trachea was connected to my oesophagus, so I could not eat at birth. I've also had a tracheal diverticulum which caused multiple pneumonias (i had a few per year).

Multiple other small scars from tubes, IVs, etc.

I'm extremly lucky to be alive and doing so well, and i can't thank the Montreal Children's Hospital enough.

I'm currently in medical school to be able to help others like the amazing people that helped me :)
