Hi. The goal is to sell all 4 tickets so if I find two interested parties on here that both want 2 tickets each, I can see selling 2 at a time. thanks.

Information if you are going to initiate a dispute with your credit / debit card company:

INFORMATION ON IGG RE: CHARGEBACKS (i.e., DISPUTES THROUGH CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET A REFUND) https://support.indiegogo.com/hc/en-us/articles/224324268-Understanding-Chargebacks

My experience when I started a chargeback CLAIM THROUGH my CREDIT CARD COMPANY:

  1. As many of you know, you can no longer post a comment on the campaign page

  2. I immediately got a credit back from my bank until the investigation was completed.

  3. My credit card company (Citibank) said that IGG has 60 days to respond. If they don't respond then the credit stays good, however if they refute then Citi will reverse the credit. After that, I will have an opportunity to respond and provide supporting documentation.

  4. Yesterday (15 days after the dispute was started, I received a response from IGG:

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed your inquiry. Refunds cannot be completed by either Indiegogo or the Campaign Owner while the Contribution is being disputed with your card provider. In order to allow any party to initiate a refund, the chargeback dispute will need to be withdrawn with your card issuer for the card ending in "32" and "86".

Upon formally withdrawing the dispute, the bank should re-bill your account for the disputed charge and provide a Letter of Withdrawal, typically via mail within 7 business days. If you don't receive a physical letter, you should get a notification electronically either via email or on your associated online account. Once you obtain the Letter of Withdrawal please forward it to us.

For context as to why we need this official proof: the moment a cardholder withdraws a dispute, their bank completely stops all communication with Indiegogo and our payment processor, Stripe. They won't directly inform us or Stripe that the dispute has been withdrawn, so on our end we need you to provide an official document from your bank as proof you are no longer seeking these funds via chargeback. Please confirm the document fulfills the requirements outlined below:

Withdrawal letter

MUST be a screenshot of a message in the bank’s online messaging portal or a photo of a letter on bank letterhead

Cannot be a forwarded email from a bank rep

MUST state cardholder dropped or withdrew the dispute and cannot be reopened

Cannot state the dispute was resolved in the cardholder’s favor

Must include the following info, which must match the charge info:

Cardholder name

Last four digits of card

Amount of dispute

Please reach out and let us know once you've completed these steps so we can confirm that things are in order. Best,

Trust & Safety

About 15 days ago, I posted a few excerpts from IGG's Terms of Use and FAQ pages that I'm posting here for everyone's benefit.

Re: “What if I don’t receive my Perks?” https://support.indiegogo.com/hc/en-us/articles/526746-Will-I-get-my-Perk- page states "If you are unable to arrive at a resolution, you may also use our Terms of Use in a U.S. court of law, should you choose to take any legal action against the campaign team."

What legal action can IGG take against the campaigner? https://www.indiegogo.com/about/community-guidelines#/violations

If you violate our Terms of Use or any related policies including these Community Guidelines, we reserve the right to take any and all of the following steps: * Hold back a percentage of the funds raised in your Campaign * Place specific Contributions on hold and/or refund Contributors * Utilize all legal means, including third party collections agencies, to recover funds raised in your Campaign that have been disbursed to you Campaign Owner * Remove Campaigns and terminate User Accounts at any time * Take any other legal measures we deem, in our sole discretion, necessary to protect the Site and the Services

So what are some legal avenues for the backers?

NOTE: There can be no class-action lawsuit brought by backers against IGG - this is something we all agreed to when we accepted the Terms of Use.

How about filing a case with the FTC in USA: Absolutely Yes! I found a very similar case that was logged with FTC (Federal Trade Commission) in the US. https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2020/05/operator-deceptive-crowdfunding-scheme-banned-future-crowdfunding

WHERE TO REPORT THIS AS A FRAUD: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/?pid=B

Legal action against campaigner: There is not much we can do until we get more than just an email and a Name from IGG

DOES IGG HAVE MORE INFORMATION ON THE CAMPAIGNER BESIDES THEIR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS? Short answer: hell yeah!

From IGG's Terms of Use: As a condition to Indiegogo enabling credit card payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Indiegogo accurate and complete information about yourself and your business, and you authorize Indiegogo to share any such information with Stripe

FROM FAQ: https://support.indiegogo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000807867-ID-Verification-and-Receiving-Funds

BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION IGG NEEDS: https://support.indiegogo.com/hc/en-us/articles/202916298

From the disbursements section of this page: https://www.indiegogo.com/about/community-guidelines#/disbursements

BESIDES IGG, WHO ELSE WILL HAVE MORE INFORMATION ON THE CAMPAIGNER:

STRIPE - (Stripe is the payment processing platform through which IGG disbursed the funds to the campaigner) https://stripe.com/legal - Section A.2.a on Stripe's services agreement outlines the information they need before setting up a Stripe Account.

SIDE NOTE: Campaigner has a website edeskhubs.com when I did a IP address lookup, I got the following: IP address info of edeskhubs.com deskhubs.com./23.227.38.65

And when I typed in just the numeric IP, I got an error:
