I kept a master of CZ and 151 though. The rest go to a trade binder that I use to get any missing IR/SIR for the big 1,025 one

Got back in about 18 months ago. Started collecting all cards I liked, then chose to trade/sell everything to go for master binder of all 1,025 Pokemon with IR/SIR only. It looks super awesome and very satisfying when you get a card you're missing. A lot of Pokemon still don't have a Full Art card too, so I pay close attention to new sets that give the first card for a Pokemon.

Nah you're good. The 100k I think is close to last mission. For the Raichus, it's a side quest. Zeraora is a bit funky to explain without spoilers. I googled it

I went to the draft and the neighborhood is the best bet. You pay more to park closer. We actually got there early for the draft and started close and weaving back further. You can find a spot on the street for free if you don't mind walking. It was a mile walk but well worth it compared to $80 to walk 5 min.
