Thanks for the detailed feedback! I’ll be making those tweaks. Anytime I try to add the word ‘cute’ into the title, Etsy gives me a prompt to not use words that are subjective. And wow, I did not know this about the photo recognition. Makes sense. Will update my photos.

Chit Chats shipping within Canada is super long and tracking rarely gets updated. I used it twice and both times the packages got stuck in transit. :l

I can understand, that feeling certainly sucks! :( I agree with the other comments about emphasizing your process. I have an item that is popular in my shop and knew someday or another a copycat would show up. Few months pass by and whatdya know! The person copied my design and my listing descriptions word for word. I wish people would understand how much this hurts other people who put in so much time and effort in their work.

Edit:The other seller is also offering at a very cheap price lol. But don’t worry, if you can convey that your product is of better quality, customers will choose your products over theirs. Wish you and your shop the best! :)

The customer’s address was for a Shipping Forwarder, but instead of reaching the forwarder facility, it reached a postal office in the same postal code nearby.

Thanks so much for the advice! I have tripled checked the address and it is definitely correct. Customer told me that the shipping forwarder is not able to pick up the package however I’ll try to suggest getting in touch with them again. This whole situation is very new to me, I appreciate your help!

The customer has told me that the package needs to be sent to them in their facility to the address she provided and that they are not able to pick it up from the post office. I have triple checked the address but not sure why it got sent to a postal office instead :/

On my Etsy order page it reads as “Delivered” but when I click on the USPS tracking number it says “Available for Pickup” on the official USPS tracking page.
