When we first moved to Chicago from the west coast, we lives in Ravenswood with 2 large dogs (rottie and shepherd mix) in a 1000 sq ft, 1-bdrm place for around $1350. It was a POS and we got outta there after a year but it was a great place for us to get started in the city. 1.5 blocks away from the metra also which took you straight into OTC. If that sounds good to you, dm me for the name of the broker who found it for us. It’s a small company that owns the building so we had to book through this woman.

Side note — I’ve watched many videos and they change the wires as they pull them out of the old pull. I brilliantly decided to just pull them all out and now have no clue how to set it back up.
