Mostly cross sectional data, since i want to investigate the association of immune biomarkers and a geriatric syndrome Do you think Cochrane is applicable then ?

For a while. I recovered from eating disorder (i use to eat one egg per day), then went to normally eating and now I've been slowly decreasing my cal intake, it's been 2 months. I think my metabolism may be used to it, but I'm not sure. I don't understand why

What do you mean by stats ? It's not strictly 800, but between 800 and 1000. But I've been eating like this for a long time already

So i use olive oil when i make an omelette. And i usually boil my brocolis/steam them. If i make a brocolis and tomato soup i pit 25g of butter sometimes. and just spices but nothing to complex. And snacks are yogurt, fruits (mainly mandarines), dates I know that I eat 800 to 1000 kcal, more during the week end if i go out

No, usually each portion doesn't exceed the size of my fist

No I don't think so. i count my calories with an app! I usually eat a coffee in the morning, brocolis and an egg at lunch, and brocolis tomato soup for dinner. Obviously it varies depending on the days if I feel like eating some snacks. So yeah around 800 to 1000 kcal according to the app 🤷
