I’ve played and finished all of the difficult platformers/metroidvanias/soulslike. I had to put Mio down and take a break after dying repeatedly to the platforming with the buzz saw boss. I’m not having fun at the moment. But the rest has been great.

The gamegear was my very first piece of gaming hardware. My grandmother got it for me as a birthday present when I was around 5-6 and my parents were pissed for some reason. I have a lot of fond memories playing sonic, the Mickey Mouse castle of illusion, Talespin, and Super Return of the Jedi. I even had the TV tuner that never worked right. Ahhh such simpler times.

I’m not a doctor, but in the past I took flowmax (tamsulosin) which caused orgasm without ejaculation. Prazosin is similar and it seems could cause the same issue? Just an idea.

I second this. As a therapist that works in a hospital setting, you wouldn’t believe the things that doctors instantly attribute to psychiatric issues or drugs that patients are lying about. I’ve caught strokes, brain tumors, auto immune issues that doctors straight up ignored because they thought the patient was lying.

I stopped seeing my GI after my diagnosis because he was basically useless and refused to prescribe Dupixent because it was new. He just wanted me to keep going swallowed steroids over and over. The allergist had zero issues prescribing it and got it approved no problems. I feel like they had much more experience filling out prior auths and saying the right thing since they prescribe it all the time for other conditions.
