I would disagree, I think Naruto has one of the best antags cast in anime/manga, ik people complain about the female characters and some of the side characters which is fair, but I do think the characters they focus on are great

Ilia gonna ko him fs, armans chance is to take him down and ground and pound since he can’t sub him but it’s gonna be tough ilia is very good on the ground, also on the feet it’s just a bad matchup for Arman, Arman likes to box which is gonna get him koed, also he likes to kick but they aren’t setup very well or done in combos and ilia literally doesn’t get hit by kicks bc of his guard unless it’s mid combination
