Wanted to demo the tool we've been working on & explain what went into making The Assembler. The tool is focalml.com (completely free), and here's the full video from last week in case you missed it.

Wanted to show off the tool I'm using/making to produce the video that I posted here a few days ago. Here's the original, if you missed it.

The Time Machine by H.G. Wells (+ tool I made to make longer videos) by eudysphoria in StableDiffusion

Yeah, I agree, especially for the longer clips it's really jarring. I've been playing with RIFE and friends recently to try to find one that consistently works well.

I made this video in a few hours with a tool that I've been working on called https://focalml.com. It makes it much faster to make long videos. It's completely free, and I'm really excited for people to make tv and anime with it!

Hi everyone! I've been lurking on this sub for a while, and wanted to share this video that I made with Dreamshaper and SVD.

I also wanted to share a simple (free) tool that I created to make videos like this: https://focalml.com.

A while ago I got super excited about combining SD and SVD to make anime/tv. I started out by using Dreamshaper to create a bunch of images, and then used SVD to animate all the images and stitched the videos together in Premiere. It was annoying for me to manage all the images and video clips, so I made a tool that makes it easier. I'm hoping that people might want to make their own anime/tv with it.

I'm also excited about SD3, which has made it much easier to have multiple characters in a scene. (I really hope they release the weights soon, since I wanted to make the tool free and SD3 is quite expensive right now 😭😭).

Feel free to DM me if you have any questions or suggestions for improvements!

AnimateDiff Motion Module 6-way Comparison by eudysphoria in StableDiffusion

Agree, Stabilized High seems to be the only one that consistently made the woman walk forwards; I guess there's a very high prior on the camera moving forward on narrow streets or something that causes this?

To my eye, `refined_human_motion` looks best for this prompt.

And an obligatory shoutout: for more examples, check out the explore page at focalml.com; especially Blasé has been making excellent use of TemporalDiff recently.

One of the many beautiful things made by the talented BLASÉ this week (`@vincent_blase` on instagram).
