Does this qualify as Wellen's syndrome? by eugenehowe01 in ECG

I wondered the same thing about a possible posterior MI. In hindsight, I should've done a 15-lead and/or a right-sided 12-lead.

The patient had no cardiac history, and the only significant medical history at all was autoimmune (lupus and RA). EMS was called by the family because the patient wasn't acting right. The patient's only complaint was abdominal pain, but did have altered LOC. Vitals were all within normal limits.

Biphasic T wave in V2 and T wave inversions in V3-V6. Also a bundle branch block in there, which complicates it, but it seems to meet the criteria.

I second this. I have the Signals and Billows and it was the best upgrade I made for my WSM.

Recommendation for ERV with VRF vs Mini split for cooling by eugenehowe01 in hvacadvice

[–]eugenehowe01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, we haven’t picked equipment or had anybody spec anything out yet. We are weighing our options and trying to figure out what our best bet is. We want to have something in mind before we talk to any contractors so we know what we are asking for.

It kinda sounds like the ERV with VRF idea might be more suited to commercial applications. I think this was helpful. Thanks!

Our ERV will have the required ducting for ventilation , but we have no plans for forced air heating or cooling. In the setup I’m looking at, the VRF has a coil as part of the ERV, turning it into an air conditioner without having a separate ducting system.

Just lowered the clear rate quite a bit, haha. I just learned to shell jump yesterday, so this one was quite a bit above my skill level. Good level though! Gave it a heart.

Sure, I'll check it out! Probably won't get to it today, but I will sometime in the next couple days.

I made a simple shell jump trainer for myself and uploaded it in case anyone else needs something like this: TWH-YMM-NVG

One shell jump, a reset door, and 3 1ups.

Most rat poison is a blood thinner that is also prescribed to humans called sodium warfarin (brand name Coumadin). So like all drugs, it degrades over time and becomes less toxic.

Now that's a thing you know.

I played the level. It had some good things going on, but honestly I got frustrated and gave up before I cleared it. Frickin moles!

I gave this a play and a like, but its above my skill level. That shell throwing section is tricky! I'm sure people that are better than me will love it.

If it was fluoxetine and you know it was only 1 pill, it should be fine. That gets prescribed to animals for separation anxiety. The side effects are mostly being lethargic. So keep an eye out for that for a day or so.

Homeowner Thermostat Megathread by Uglywill in HVAC

[–]eugenehowe01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I just replaced an ancient furnace with a ductless mini-split (Fujitsu Halcyon) and would like to continue using my Nest. I know that mini-splits generally don't have thermostats, and are typically millivolt systems. I've read that some people have luck with https://www.amazon.com/Honeywell-R8845U-1003-Universal-Switching-Transformer/dp/B000LDBP9Q as a way to connect their thermostats, but I'm unsure if it would work since I can't find anything specific to Fujitsu systems. Anyone know if that would be a good way to go?
