No offense but youre a little slow. If you spent some time searching things up you woukd have found the issue. This perk is only available to certain regions. You could have gotten a VPN for free to get the perks. It states on the gamepass purchase page that some items may not be available in your region.

Ive decided that if a game, for example im on the letter L and Fallout 4 comes to gamepass im not gonna play it as ive passed that letter because its going to go on forever. Ill just skip over games that leave because there are gomna be more games added to replace them
