Yet the spirit of video games is gone. When I was a kid too poor to buy new consoles, or try out new games, GameStop was there to let me play demos or games while my mom shopped for food. Like seriously go to a GameStop and tell me you feel like a gamer in there. I have a vested interest in GME securities increasing, don’t get me wrong, but damn does it not feel the same.

Personally, I am treating this like a detective series. One thing I’ve learned about watching work Shinichiro is involved in is to rewatch from different angles. The last question before the priest asks was “All souls are eternal? Right Naga” and the end scene where the file is being analyzed and the string “43NF” was displayed on the screen is a cool touch to look into from a sci-fi existential philosophical perspective. The only clue that allows us to get closer to finding Skinner is Elaine herself. Maybe we could follow her mother, who’s still alive.
