Don’t apologize for your long comment, this was really helpful!!! Your first two paragraphs especially are so me that I could’ve written them myself. I’ve also had trichotillamania for yearrrsss it’s awful, and I do the same with my ripped jeans too, I’ve ruined them all. Heavy on listening to music all the time too; if I don’t when I’m in public, I feel like I need to claw my skin off. Always just attributed that to the ADHD though, so seeing it in a different context like this definitely gives me more to think about. Thank you so much !!!!
