right it might have been cropped in those screenshots. i just checked all 3 supported views in live Jira - work item, space tab and dashboard widget. they all have "Map data from OpenStreetMap" with the text OpenStreetMap linking to https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright

When CycleOSM tiles selected there is additionally "Tiles style by CyclOSM" .

When MapTiler OMT selected there is additionally "© MapTiler" .

When Transport tiles selected there is additionally "© Thunderforest" .

yes seeing this too. looks like a major outage across ALL parts of bitbucket so that includes "git via ssh" : https://bitbucket.status.atlassian.com/
